Refund policy


To be eligible for a return:

+Products must be purchased through www.OBUscissors.com or authorised distributor Three Six Five Salon Group
+You have contacted us prior returning your goods via email within 7days of receipt of your goods and have received a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
+Items are unused and in the same condition that you received them
+You organise delivery of goods to us within 7 days of receipt of your RAN
+Items are packed inside the original box to ensure the product is protected during transit
+All accessories including but not limited to cleaning cloth, key, oil, pouch etc are all returned with the item
+Paperwork is included with your item that details your order number, RAN and contact details 
+You use a trackable shipping service with signature on receipt. Please note we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit or for goods where there is no signed receipt of delivery to us. Safe carriage of goods is the responsibility of the sender.


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received, signed for and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. 
If you are ineligible for a refund, we will notify you of your options via email or phone.

PART REFUNDS
If you have bought more than one item but are keeping at least one item, your refund will reflect the difference between what you paid and what you would have paid had you only bought the item(s) you have retained. 

POSTAGE REFUNDS
Any postage paid will not be refunded for change of mind returns.

DISCOUNTS, VOUCHERS & PROMO CODES
Refunds will be net of discounts, promo codes and voucher codes applied at the time of purchase.

PURCHASED GIFT CARDS
If payment for product was made by purchased OBU gift cards, any refund will be in the form of an OBU gift card of an equivalent amount to that amount paid by a purchased OBU gift card. 
Purchased OBU gift cards are non-refundable for cash and can only be used in exchange for goods.
OBU gift cards can only be purchased online at www.obuscissors.com.
Unused OBU gift cards can be tracked. If lost please contact us through our contact page. If unused, we can provide you with details once your identification and purchase is authenticated. If used, unfortunately we are unable to assist.

MERCHANT FEES
Please note that some merchant fees will not be refunded and your refund amount may be net of these fees. This is only where the payment processor (eg Afterpay and Paypal) do not refund the fees they charge to process payments. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days of being notified, please check your bank account and contact your bank. Processing time for refunds are posted varies between banks and financial institutions. 
If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace items and cover return shipping if they are defective or damaged. 
If this is the case, please contact us.

If you have purchased an item and wish to return, we will be happy to exchange for a different item of the same value once we have inspected and approved your return. Return postage is considered a buyer's expense and responsibility.
