How much does shipping cost?

Shipping via Standard Delivery worldwide is FREE. 
Depending on the size of your order we will use Australia Post or a courier service. 

How long will delivery take?

AUSTRALIA: Delivery can take up to 6 business days to metro areas within Australia, up to 14 business days for rural areas (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
Your order will be normally be delivered between 7am and 9pm (Monday through Saturday). As Australia Post don't always deliver on public holidays, you can expect your order on the next business day. 
NEW ZEALAND: 4-6 days 
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Between 10-15 days. 
Delays may sometimes occur beyond our control and we will advise you if this happens where we can.

Tracking Orders

All OBU orders are tracked when ordered online. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking link.

Returns 

If you are returning a product, please ensure you have contacted us via email for a Returns Authorisation Number within 7 days receipts of your order.  For full information on returns, exchanges, refunds and eligibility thereof please click here.

PLEASE NOTE:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. 
Please note that we do not take responsibility for in transit.
